3. Independent Healthcare Providers

Hospitals, doctors, laboratories and other healthcare providers are independent from China MedCare.

China MedCare does not control their clinical decisions, availability, fees, scheduling, treatment methods or outcomes.

Any medical services are provided directly by the relevant healthcare provider, and the relationship concerning medical treatment exists between the patient and that provider.

Payment for this service does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance by a particular hospital or doctor

  • A specific appointment date or time

  • A particular diagnosis

  • Eligibility for treatment or surgery

  • Any particular medical outcome

Final decisions regarding appointments, admission and treatment remain with the healthcare provider.

6. Full Medical Concierge Service

Where services are charged by the day, clients are charged only for the days of in-person assistance that have been agreed upon.

Additional days or services may incur additional fees if requested.

7. Appointments and Scheduling

Hospital schedules can change because of doctor availability, emergencies, hospital policies or other circumstances outside our control.

China MedCare will make reasonable efforts to assist when appointments need to be changed but cannot guarantee that any particular appointment will proceed at the originally scheduled time.

8. Payments, Deposits and Cancellations

Where a deposit or advance payment is required, service arrangements will normally begin after payment has been received.

Third-party expenses already paid on the client’s behalf, including hospital registration or appointment fees, may be non-refundable where the relevant third party does not provide a refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, entry permissions and other documents required to travel to and remain in China.

China MedCare does not issue visas, medical invitation letters or official medical documents for immigration purposes.

Visa and immigration decisions are made exclusively by the relevant governmental authorities.

Where a hospital independently issues documentation, that documentation is provided by the hospital under its own policies and is not issued or guaranteed by China MedCare.

10. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the services requested.

China MedCare is not responsible for problems resulting from materially inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information supplied by the client.
